As we prepare for our upcoming 5K, here are some suggested courses to run for those who are in the Rock Hill area!

5K at Winthrop Lake

10K at Riverwalk

2 Mile Fun Run/Walk @ Winthrop Lake

10 Mile Cycling Race

For a route with minimal traffic, this loop at Winthrop Lake is about 2.2 miles. Complete it about 4.5 times for a 10 mile race.
